dataone stops working due to windows error

PLZ HELP ITS URGNT
i have a dataone night unlimited connection(home 500c).but due to windows error the internet stop working.you cannot disconnect oR view statistics of net now.
you have 2 restart ur computer & again connect.this error come after around 10 minutes.
the window error is :
GENERIC HOST PROCESS FOR WIN32 SERVICES

INTERESTINGLY AT NIGHT WHEN DOWNLOADING IS GOING ON THROUGH TORRENT THIS ERROR DO NOT COME BUT AS IOPEN ANY SITE, THE ERROR CAME.

PLZ HELP AS IT DOESNOT ALLOW INTERNET TO RUN FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES

I also had this error. Also you might be experiencing that everything changes its looks to Windows 98 type and then back to Windows XP?

His problem is the one "Generic Host for Win32 services has encountered a problem and needs to be closed down". He is a new BSNL user and I too did face the same problem when I got my connection. It was supposed to be caused by Blaster Worm and Windows Worms Door Cleaner is supposed to fix the problem but it appeared that the problem was at the BSNL's side as 2 more guys in my area were facing the same problem.
Which category does his problem lies i don't know as of yet although I went to his home to see it. I don't suspect it is Blaster but then again can't guarantee either as dude won't take my advice to use Firefox and continues to use IE6.
Give him the path to clear the memory error dump, I forgot the location. Sometimes presence of the error dump file causes the recurrent notifications. As of now i'm too searching for this problem's solution.

I said it when it happened to me, I wasn't lone the victim, 2-3 guys whom I know and got their BB connection during those days had the same problem.

i dont know whether it is a virus or a trozan but may be it is due to bsnl server.
now there is no problem.can't tell about future.

bola thha na, yeh BSNL ka broadband desi daaru ki tareh hai, Computer ko swaad ki adat dalene main time lagta hai.
