1) get the matrix font to make it more authentic form http://simplythebest.net/fonts/fonts...ads/matrix.zip
we can do without it too.
2) Open a new document atleast 300*150 px
3) Write any text on it
3) make the charecter settings (window>charecter) this:
font size: 36pts
font ht: 90%
font width: 80%
distance between chs.: 200
font colour D6D8D7
4)duplicate the layer and name it copy 1
5) rastarise copy 1
6) apply filter>blur>motion blur with the settings at 75pixles and foreground colour at 0C8B60
close aint it? now for finishing touches
7) duplicate copy 1 name it layer copy 2
8) apply the Gaussian Blur (Filter>Blur>Gaussian blur). Use 75% layer Opacity.
