Arrow Windows OS + Service Packs = One CD/DVD Possible

Now Installing Windows OS (XP and Vista) with latest service packs is now possible. Now whats surprise in this?

Well the surprise is that instead of installing both OS and Service Packs Individually, you can now integrate both of them in a single CD/DVD.

With the latest release of Windows XP Service Pack 3 and Windows Vista Service Pack 1, it’s very simple to integrate them with the Operating System itself. This will save ample amount of time when you reinstall Windows.

In the tutorial section you should post the entire tutorial.
Also I think the following links cover the same thing :
Creating Win XP bootable CD

Anyway, msfn.org is the ultimate resource for stuffs like these.
