And how can I use it to download files from rapidshare?

Boy ! Talking about Torrents is illegal as clarified by charlatan MODS. All I can tell you is that its not in conjunction with Rapid share and please see the below mentioned thread

Torrent is a technology for sharing files... Newest Avatar of P2P.... and it is in no way related to rapidshare...
you need a client like utorrent to download torrents...

torrent talks is no way illegal, but sharing info of illagal stuffs on torrent or sharing illegal links is prohibited.
after all u can download linux distros also thru torrents
