Click on Start/Run, type 'msconfig', then click 'OK'. Go to the 'Services' tab, find the 'Background Intelligent Transfer' service. Disable it, apply the changes & reboot. |

good to know! but I think someone might have posted something simliallr in a post on how to speed up computer, or which services are uneccessary to run... but once again thanks
