Arrow VISTA TUTORIAL: Enable Open Command Window Here Option in Context Menu by Default

Guys!

I posted a topic "Vista Goof-ups & Interesting Facts" recently and many ppl asked me how to enable the "Open Command Window here" option as default in context menu without having the <SHIFT> key pressed. So here is the solution:
