Cool How to Know When Unsubscribing Isn't Safe.


most newsletters have that familiar "You can unsubscribe at any time!" option...

but how do you know that for sure? What if unsubscribing from an e-mail newsletter actually prompted the publisher to sell your e-mail address to spammers, who then sent you more spam?

Now there's an easy way to know in advance whether it's safe to subscribe to or unsubscribe from an e-mail list. Best of all, it's free :

Thanx for the info.
This happened with a friend of mine once .. he clicked on unsubscribed and got directed to a 'thank you' page. After that the amount of spam increased exponentially.
