Wink Trial to full version?


If any one of u guys know how to convert a trial version of any 30 days trial version game or software then please inform me.i have heard that we have to delete some registry entry of that particular software after uninstalling it.But dont know the exact proceedure.So please help me out.

> fill in you creditcard number and buy the software
> enter the liscense key and use the software for ever.
