Lightbulb <Using Acronis True Image>Want to do a System Restore

i know that the title is a bit misleading, and im sorry for that.
Now i want to create a bootacle image <clone> of my HDD <c drive with os and apps intact> but cant figure out how to do taht <with acronis true image workstation 9.1>....
now the catch is that it sud not only work on my Hardware but also on diffrent hardware... i have installed atiw with all the req. components from a trial download. now i have recieved legal keys from acronis but no procedure on how to upgrade the product. I've also got AUR but when evr im trying to install that its saying that installation is incomplete and atleast ATIW with Media builder of Agent for windows must be present... but all of em r present!
Now all that i wanna kno is , is there any diff. method by which the cloned copy of my hdd with os and software intact can be deployed in a diff comp with diff hardware.
i badly wannna know abt this...
thankin u in adv.
