How to lock one cd ?

Hi guys,
i want to know the information that how to lock a cd.I have tried a lot of software but can not work.Can anybody tell me that how to protect a cd.No by password.I want the cd or DVD is locked and can not open or write by any writting software like NERO,ALCOHOl etc.Any body know that.I know the procedure to lock a audio cd but dont know about data cd or dvd.If any body from this forum knows about that then tell me.I really want help from you guys.Please help me.But the procedure should working.Or may suggest some gud software also for this.
