Sign Up for Live mail Beta without Invitation

Just follow these steps . it works

1) Log into your Hotmail account.

2) Make sure your country (Options > Personal > Profile) is set to United States and your language (Options > Personal > Language) to English. Save the settings.

3) Right-click here and copy this link.

4) Go to the browser window where you're logged into Hotmail and paste the link in the address bar. Hit enter and go to the URL.

5) Accept the agreement by clicking Join Mail Beta!.

I hope there is no voilation of forum rules, coz this post is similar to this one

Hmm, I did this for the 18th time now yet to no avail.

A few Qs BTW.

1. Do we need a 250 MB account ?
2. Shud the account be old ?
3. Can Fx be open simultaneously with IE (does it interfere in the trick ?) ?

I already have a 250 MB Hotmail A/c. So whats the advantage of this one ?

In any case, i never use hotmail for email purpose.

According to me such posts should be deleted. They are illegal as Microsoft recently requested same post to be removed from Neowin.net

I thought they would be giving different.. domain...i mean.... xyz@livemail.com..or sumthing like this..

Instead they changed my Hotmail interface to Live mails one...
