How To: upload with RapidShare-need guidance

dear all,
well, i am having premium account in RapidShare. but dont know how to upload. please be kind to give me the step-by-step instruction, if possible, be kind to share the uploading app too.

Hi,
Firstly login with ur premium account details
then u can see a big grey box with Browse written next to it
Click Browse
Select file
Now click upload ( upload button will appear only after selecting a file )
Let the file upload
Now that upload is related to ur account
for every dload u get 1 point
now take ur mouse near the uplaoded file , u can c d dload link, jus paste d dlaod links in diff forums

so it is not needed to transfer the uploaded files to the premium or collectors???
