Default Electronics Core carrear advice

hey guys, i am a third year student doing BE in Electronics and telecommunication.
Can any one suggest some core electronic courses to have a better prospect of getting opportunity in core.

What are the electives you have? I could suggest courses in Microelectronics/VLSI domain if you want. No idea about the telecommunication zone though.

embedded systems... is hot these days...... there are many institutes providing training for that..... IIT thinklabs mumbai..... oasis infotech pune..etc...
