Actually, its the same with their Denebs. Just look at it:
- The first 45nm Denebs would be DDR2 based ones.
- DDR2 denebs would support AM3 socket as well as AM2+ socket compatibility - nice upgrade.
- AM3 boards would arrive a bit later with DDR3 denebs.
- But AM3 socket supports ONLY Denebs - nothing older.
Intresting isn't it ? Cunning, simple and a nobody-has-anything-to-loose stratagy.
