If u go by wht Anandtech says,gtx 280 doesn't even beat 9800gx2 quite contrary to other reviews.

Wonder what went wrong,maybe they ran with unoptimised vista drivers?
Anyway, i think we can expect a refresh of this card rather soon considering that the quite older manufacturing technology and rather expensive memory bus width means a cooler,8800gt esque card will be soon in the pipeline.It would be truly awesome if they can pull off something like that,just consider 80% performance of gtx 280 at over half the price!!!.Till then,its radeon 48xx series all the way for most gamers i presume if the performance is as good as rumoured.
