Yes u can create a folder by the name con
Go to the command prompt then type this
cd\
mkdir \\.\c:\con
Now try deleting this newly created file in your c: drive
U wont be able to delete it, now dont panic u can delete it by issuing
rmdir \\.\c:\con on the command prompt 
Edit : Well nucleuskore beat me into it...didnt knew a thread existed for the same !!
