nope dap rulz for core speed.btw i'm using 8.6 for 2 days now it's fantastic.fdm is a gr8 alternative to dap.it's the only one closest to dap.

I used to use DAP, it had the cool automatic resume feature (essential for my kind of dipsy dopsy broadband connection)
Now using IDM and satisfied with it

Well DAP was the pioneer DM for many years and for some it still is.it has core speed like firefox.so if you want speed- a little bit of extras like flash downloader,etc.DAP is the best.
i believe that if u have many options go for a specialist in each one.
eg-torrents and downloads are inbuilt in some browsers but ppl use utorrent and download managers.thats the reason why ppl also use multiple media players.
