The True PMP : Creative ZEN

I wonder why this was not posted.

Well, there are 3 PMP's out there which I like due to there support for format, looks & style. Cowen D2, iRiver Clix 2 & Now Creative ZEN.



This is a new device from Creative with no additional naming attached. Its just ZEN nothing else. Personally I would prefer W960i over this, but still..due to its sheer small size & high storage space, this isn't a device to be missed.

Its very small...yet functional & doesn't cost an arm & a leg either.

The hardware is sweet & sleek, I ike the format support that I can simply drag my Collection of Heroes Episode to it & watch them, the device is small...hmm,,....what else do I need? Nothing....this is the perfect PMP everyone has been waiting for....


P.S - Perfect PMP COS Cowen D2 isn't available properly here.

I found a bit more about it. Suppose U copy a HD Rip or some TV serial to it, it won't play it. It needs to transcode video to DivX SP or DivX Portable Profile. AFAIK, xVid has no such "profile" management support.

Best is to simply convert to 320X240 pixel WMV with 512 kbps bitrate for video & 128 Kbps WMA 9.2 Audio.
