How we help protect your files

* Your personal folders are password-protected with your Windows Live ID, so only you have access.
* When you create a shared folder, the friends you're sharing with need to sign in with their own Windows Live ID and password.

Personal

* Use personal folders to back up important files that are only for you.

Saurav, have you tried AOL's Xdrive? At present, it is a better solution than Live Folders, along with an awesome desktop application.

i just went to folders.live.com and i was automatically signed in with my hotmail account

I do the same, sign in but it says "Not available in your region & langauge". What regional & langauge settings are your using in your Windows Live mail account settings.?

Change the region and language to English, USA and try. I think that should work.

I hope this goads Apple into making .Mac free.

Its obvious. I can't do that cos I use many Windows live services & they rely on my region being India. I will look for something

well found something really cool .... when u choose to upload files it takes u to a page where while it is uploading it allows u to kill time by playing a flash game ... bouncing ball its fun ...
