with a change in the structure of bsnl site. a new program was needed & its out ...
DUF makes finding out of the bandwidth usage in bsnl dataone very easy
the version 2 of DUF is released
get it from here

I had boughtup this issue before. DUF claims to be open source but i can only find the source for V1.3. The author is clearly violating OSI. If I am wrong then please give me the link for source for all the version released.
