Mozilla's web browser, Firefox, is becoming increasingly popular, gaining on average an extra 3.1 percent of the market in 32 European countries in the past four months, according to French web-monitoring company XiTi Monitor.

Although Microsoft still has 66.5 percent of the browser market across Europe

Publicity. the hype that mozilla and the open source community created for firefox.
Opera has never been so agressive in marketing department. And marketing is very important, specially when you have to compete against a monopoly.

Opera has some problems when it comes to Tags.. I face it many times. Also Opera does'nt have that many Add-ons as Firefox has...

ya opera is not so poplular...as shown by stats...always makes me wonder too...

I used opera for a week, has some problems with gmail. When I click reply in a conversation and the textbox opens below, I am not able to type in that. Simply chucked it.

I also tried to use Opera. But it didn't work perfectly for me.
& FIREFOX DID !!!

Thats why FF !!!

Firefox-I think without they fixing the memory hogging bug(why cant they open source na?),I feel it is hopeless!!For now Epiphany Rules(4 me!)

With the ease of accessibility and features as in add ons i think fireFox is ahead.
However for me gone are the days of just using one Browser. I use three browsers in this ways:-
Internet Explorer
For Security surfing such as internet Banking and Business online accounts. Phishining filters are good there.
Firefox
General Surfing and mail checking and Digit Foruming
Opera
Downloading stuff ( Blocking all Java scripts, Images n all )
So basically i need of the three browsers!
