LCD unsafe????

hey guys guess what i've heard....

the LCD monitors emmit a certain frequency electromagnetic waves which can be picked up with the help of an antenna if put in your room. these signals can be decoded to reveal the exact details ur veiwing on your screen. kinda unsafe dont u think??????

also if its possible EM waves are emitted by many electronic devices... so there could be a jumbling of them and a bizzare signal wd be sent out...

they have a descrete frequency. i dont know much abt it either but i'm hey if this is true i'm giving my girfriend an LCD what do u think??????

some scrambling technology shud come up or just inhibit somehow those culprit waves
