Yes its already here and my friend became the first customer here in Chandigarh...making us jealous  I did confirm from him ...its 3 months locked though Airtel site mentions 2 yrs

As posted by me originally, it costs 19900 including taxes. Regarding stylus, not 100% sure, but I think so... Searching for "htc touch stylus" gave links to purchase it... No clue if it is bundled though...

I believe you can use any airtel SIM card with it. Its not locked to the SIM serial number but to the network ID. Thats what a retailer told me.
