Quote:
There has been a consistent amount of feedback from Windows Vista users after the operating system's general availability pointing out various functionality issues. Well, you will be happy
to know that Microsoft is hammering away at Windows Vista perfecting it. No less than six new updates have been made available from the Redmond Company, yesterday March 27 2006. You'll have to keep in mind that these are not security patches but fixes designed to take care of issues across the operating system.

The updates will enable Vista users to fix glitches in various areas of the operating system. Some copies of Vista where poor video quality is the result of interlaced mode configurations: Update for Windows Vista (KB932649) and Update for Windows Vista for x64-based Systems (KB932649) provide a fix for this.

In order to prevent the corruption of iPods while using the Safely Remove Hardware feature in Windows Vista, Microsoft has made available Update for Windows Vista (KB933824) and Update for Windows Vista for x64-based Systems (KB933824).

One of the biggest issues in Windows Vista was related to the metadata management of images in proprietary format.
