No ! i am not opposing you... but the thing is .... that windows vista displays time (watch ) at the bottom on taskbar.... is like this EXample: AM 9:15 or it displays the 24hr. time....  and it cant be changed though Default THeme without tweaking... (so whether it is tweaked) or ( it is windows XP)

it may be RTM then... the final display time like that... as i told you.. another thing is that.. windows Vista gives a shadow on the top of all windows whether Transperency is enabled or not... and the third one look closely at the picture.. and notice the ICONS.... after hacking or tweaking windows many things were changed... as a FINAL version is in market from 20 JAN.. while windows Vista was launched on 30th JAN... so its THAILAND version you are using.. and maybe wincustomize guys too.

Its so simple to figure out , the First one is XP with Windows blinds and the Second one is Vista.
See the diffusion behind the translucent vista window title bars
And this is simple tranperency old style , best possible in XP with WB
