Your screenshot doesn't work and this is not a news in any sense. If it belonged anywhere, it did in chit-chat.

Everyone who follows Mozilla even a little, knows that this new Add-ons site plans were handled in worst ways possible. It is an egg on the face of an otherwise well managed corporation.
