Peer Guardian is a software which blocks spying companies' IPs and protects your privacy when downloading through p2p.Even though in India no company has taken to spying users but that day is not far off.PG2 blocks around 73 crore IPs as of now & the lists are updated on a daily basis.The memory utilization is also negligible.It supports all of IPv4(TCP,UDP etc),multiple lists & list editing & the download size is under 1 Mb

Not really, it can consume a lot depending how many IPs are being blocked, & some time u will se that its consuming a lot of memory bcoz it needs to maintain a log of all the blocked & allowed list......though the list can be discarded on shut down.

well I have been using for nearly a month & not even once have I faced the above mentioned problem..
