Free Windows Vista Upgrades for New Buyers

Microsoft has confirmed earlier rumours about the Express Upgrade program. Basically, new PC buyers with pre-installed Windows XP and/or Office 2003 can upgrade to Windows Vista and/or Office 2007 for free or for a nominal fee.

The program runs from Oct 26th 2006 to Mar 15th 2007 and differs by manufacturer/region.
