That's nothing new @mAV3!! Mac is the only O.S other than Windows for which Microsoft
develops IE browser, WMP & MS Office suite!! Bill Gates himself once said that he
likes the Mac so much that he uses it often!! Gates also donated millions of dollars
to Apple when Apple's business was down.

Microsoft did not donate any money. They invested in Apple stock with a guarantee not to sell for 2-3 yrs i guess.

As for IE and WMP for Mac, both the projects are abandonded now.

MS Office came first for Mac, then for the PC. Also, MS earns quite a lot from Office:Mac sales, especially in the education market.(The Mac BU at Microsoft is one of their most profitable divisions)
