The Spy Camera Sunglasses with MP4 capability is able to do exactly that, encoding video in the MPEG4 format. This device comes with a 92-degree field-of-view, so you don't even have to stare at your subject directly in order to get a recording. You would have to wear something thick to hide the wires that run through the glasses into your shirt. Just plug in your sunglasses into the MP4 unit and you're good to go.
