Do check out Anandtech for the benchmark comparisons of a Conroe 2.66 Ghz v an OCd FX 60.... the numbers, IMHO, speak for themselves... Not only that but the Conroe's are also supposed to be less power hungry than the Athlon64s.... Let us see if AM2 is actually the big deal AMD is promising....In his Blog Anand states that the AM2's he has recieved till now actually perform worse that comparable 939 setups....for the Record I've been an AMD user for the past 4 yrs but if these work out....looks like a shift on my next upgrade.
