Sorry but isn't it true that BSNL is going down all the time with some unbelievable data rates & pathetic service?

If BSNL's services are pathetic which service provider excels in India?
I have heard my friends complaining about Airtel's irregular bills in which they start charging about anything on their own, same goes with Reliance (my own parents complain about that). Idea is ok in that department but its network is not uniform all over India.

I am not saying BSNL is perfect but different users may have different experiences...so I can say that BSNL's service is much better than Vodafone (I am using both of them in Bangalore)

Well, I heard about irregularity with Airtel, but myself, and my family is using for a long time, mobile service, internet, VoIP, but we never faced such a problem till date. May be we are exception.
