The DVD one.. it has built in everything, where as the live CD ones don't have LibreOffice..

Yup, downloaded the DVD, it contains most of the things a general user will ever need.

Or if you just want to try, you can go for Live CD as well.

I don't see any DVD option, only CD images.. And I thought the choices were, Fedora 15 Desktop Edition, Fedora 15 KDE Spin, Fedora 15 LXDE Spin, and Fedora 15 Xfce Spin!

I personally recommend the Live CD AMD64. HOTLINK
You can always install other packages using yum.
