No its not. Build 7850 is from the days of Milestone 1. Windows 8 has passed Milestone 3.

Yes version 7850 is available in warez sites although its just M1 version it shows Windows 7 on screen bottom right corner.

I am pretty sure, even if the windows 8 got leaked, posting that link to this forum, is out of the rules of TDF!
Also, Windows 8, even beta version is atleast as far as next year.
