Webs got stuck need !!HELP!!

Hey Digit Guys!!
I want to inform you a mistake done by our Indian government.
First I want you to introduce to Freewebs (webs.com). Its is free site that's allow users to make beautiful website without knowledge of HTML & CSS.
But a stupid person made website donotdial100.webs.com. I don't know what he put on his site, Indian Government frozen the webs IP address, It froz the every site made on webs.
People can't view sites made on webs in India because it have webs as subdomain
eg: anysite.webs.com
Webs already delete this stupid site, but it is still frozen nearly about two months. They contact Indian Government several times but got no reply.
Webs advise the Indian people to contact Indian Government in any way.
Many people business is suffering... Plz Help

Webs dot com can't really do anything. Better shift your business to paid hosting.
