Just make password on a software's name which is very unpopular, or an operating system's codename.
It will be easy to remember and will be good password.

names of virus, worms or trojans can also be used in combination with numbers.

Always above 12 characters. Also include Alphanumeric + special characters

I use password generator. Usually 8-10 char
