15.6" Full HD ? WHERE ?

Edit: I confirmed that is just 720p for 15.6", not 1080p.

But even then, 15.6" 720p would be quite small and cost very low. I may consider it if its offered for below Rs. 5K. Its the only semi-futureproof display I can buy without having to upgrade my whole rig. The 7.5K 19" 1440x900 LCD is not good enough for its price, and the BenQ 21.5" HDMI 1080p LCD at 11.5K is too hot for my rig.

I desperately need a Full HD display. But Full HD at 24" is yuck! I prefer it much more at 20"

I have tremendous power of waiting, lets see.

samsung launches its version of 22" full 1080p HD monitor for 12.5. I would trust samsung anytime over BENQ. Infact I was waiting for Samsung to come up with their counter product, which they have. A few reviews confirm its superiority.

IMHO their products and their service both are worse.
(i was told to go 400km away from my place to get my BenQ M100 repaired and worse is that they bricked it and then refuse to replace it.)

Well should be. I don't prefer showrooms, unless it's a less conventional product. It's available in Nehru Place ND, and about benq trust worthiness depends with what you are comparing. With samsung and dell there is no compasrision............may be with hcl and viewsonic, but dell and samsung makes far superiors monitors

^^ Do you know what HDMI is.... may be not, DVI is HDMI without audio, so unless you are not connecting your monotor with an indipendent HD player or PS3, you wont need HDMI, infact even if you ARE connecting samsung with HD player or PS3 a simple DVI-to-HDMI cable is all you need, coz you anyhow gonna take the audio out from your PC even if it is 6 channel. HDMI is not a standard for any HD display make this this clear.......
Samsung is pure full HD monitor as well and is far better than BENQ....

Bought today the Samsung full Hd 2233 for 10600/- from Nehru place, I was not so confirm about the benq service support system, though I liked the benq monitor better in terms of look & its menu but could not find many dealers dealing with it who could show me the demo.

Any one knows Benq latest price in Delhi?

Sam I would need ur help in setting up a home theater, will post another thread for that.
