Default ZTE ZX DSL 831 broadband usb on linux


hi,
i have a ZTE ZX DSL 831 broad band modem. i want to configure it using the usb interface in ubuntu linux. is there an easy way to do it.....?

Dunno..... Many linux distros(esp. the ones like puppy) support only hard modems(i.e. internal modems ). I dont think ext. modems can be configured with linux.
I suggest you google for it or look in linux community forums etc.

Hey you can connect the modem through your ethernet port and when connection is stable you can connect using DSL N linux.
