Question DX-10 for XP


I picked up DX 10 for XP from LAN , but I am still confused that is it the official Dx 10.........is it going to come for XP and when????

It's not official, it's a patched version. And, no MS is not coming out with DX 10 for XP.

I have not used it yet and am just cautious that it is not official, so maybe it has got bugs!!

As Correctly said by other members of this forum,Yes we can install DirectX 10 for Windows XP.However, it is Illegal and may contain bugs,virus/trojans/spywares.In the rare case it may even slow down the system by installing some unnecessary things in your system.Microsoft will not be offering DirectX10 on XP and secondly windows xp is outdated.Also, DirectX10 will not last long.DirectX11 is coming soon .

Oh come on, it waz a 3mb file that was needed to be intalled after all...and i tried it on 10 computers(including 2 of my own) already
