HELP..problem with IE8

hey guyz !!

i updated ie 4 dayz before but it is having a lot of problem it never starts and keep showing error i.e.

We are sorry for unconvinced....... and this program will now close.

and when i scan it with yahoo anti-spy it is showing 3 objects and when i try to remove them then it shows :

Cannot quarantine

Administrative rights required to quarantine items !!

and whenever i tries to open drives it always show some error !!

YUP
