Rapidshare Troubles !

Hey, recently started my downloads through Rapidshare acting weird, everytime when I was downloading something from it, it freezed every 5-10seconds while downloading, 2 days ago didn't I have theese problems but suddenly they just came.
It's really annoying and I don't know what to do, would be nice if any of you guys had an solution or something as it takes ages to download files this way.
Please help me if you got any idea what to do.

did you try after clearing browser cache?

Yep, i've tried with clearing browser cache didn't help, and the J-Downloader also freeze every 5-10 sec while downloading

The freeze happens no matter which downloader im using.
