Default HELP :::how to Setup an Internet Radio using DataOne ???

Ok guys , i want to setup an internet radio .. Now i know about live365 & others ..but it forces u to download special software to listen .also they force 3rd party ads down ur throat ....

So is there any way that i cud setup a internet radio without my listeners requiring to download softwares ...

Since dataone has a dynamic IP i can't really have my pc as a server and users logging on thru ip using browser...

Boombox Internet Radio player. Can stream songs from thousands of radio stations.

OK , let me rephrase the question ...
""" how do i setup my own internet radio station ?? """""

I don't want shoutcast to stream my songs ... it requires s/w download ... At the very max my last resort wud be to use win media encoder as nearly everyone has win media player
shoutcast uses winamp for windows ..

I want something like last.fm for my site .... i cud also use flash player though ??

The solution that i thought of is lets say i use windows media encoder for live delivery of the audio ... but i haven't figured out how to move ahead after this ???
