Internet links

On a webpage im tryin to use i can't read the links. It is hard to explain but take this page for example, along top on the bar you can see options like Blog watch, downloads, digital market. On a website i am using you can't read any of the links, it comes up all one colour, i can show a screen shot of this...

Any help in this matter would be great.

I wont be able to show you the web page because of security reasons at work. I have been all over internet trying to find a solution to this.

Best i can explain it is that its a web page, and at top where you have the different options for different links, it all comes on faded color, it can't be seen, you can click on the link and it brings you to the site, but the user is complaning that she can not see the links on her page, it is all blue. Sry i cant be much more help in explaining this.
