Rivatuner

Hello everyone,
I have downloaded RivaTuner211, whenever i am trying to run it, it is giving an error message that it is not a valid win32 application. I am facing the same problem while trying to run some other applications.
What does it mean? and how can i fix the problem?

What's ur OS?

And it shud and shud work. Download a previous version, install and tell me...
