Default Widescreen problem. . .

My problem is that I have sum videos which are of 4:3 ratio and there is black strip at the top and bottom (I think they were reformatted from 16:9 to 4:3). .

So i wish to remove this black strip at the top and bottom so that i these comes fully on my screen
coz I have got widescreen monitor. . .

So. .This is actually wat i want

IS there any software for cropping/resizing video files ???????

Although i can view them by pan and scan in MPclassic nd showtime
but i dont want to do that....

You can just use Media Player Classic's Touch window from inside(or outside?) for instant stretching.

no need to recrop it dude..just use players which provides feature for changing the aspect ratio at play time. say like.. VLC (Videolan.org) or Media player classic (K-Lite mega codec pack)..

VLC rocks btw

regards.

It would look UGLY. Seriously. Google for video cutting and crop software, and get them, but I repeat, they would look really stretched and ugly.
