Default Turn off System Restore Checkbox disabled


Hi All,

System Restore Checkbox is disabled in my System, what should i do to enable it.

Free some space on the hard disk.
Check if the System Restore service is started and set to automatic.

I have attached the Snapshot. System Restore is enabled. But when there are any spywares i want to disable system restore and scan for them.

Here is the snapshot of how my System Restore tab is in System Properties.

Go To:
Code:
Start menu
> run
> gpedit.msc
> Computer Configuration
> Administrative Templates
> System
> System Restore
> (on the right hand side) right click Turn Off System Restore
> Properties
> Setting tab
> check Not Configured
> OK
> Do the same for Turn off Configuration
