Default internet troubleshooting


I'm using BSNL broadband 256kbps,type 1 modem,connecting via usb I'm getting an error which says win32 error whick contains


EventType : BEX P1 : svchost.exe P2 : 5.1.2600.2180 P3 : 41107ed6
P4 : netapi32.dll P5 : 5.1.2600.2180 P6 : 411096ac P7 : 0000a3c0
P8 : c0000409 P9 : 00000000


this is error report (technical)

C:\DOCUME~1\kiran\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERff23.dir00\svch ost.exe.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\kiran\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERff23.dir00\appc ompat.txt

says that these files gone wrong





anyone who knows about this please help me.

1. Go to start->run. Type "sfc /scannow"
2. Insert your windows xp cd, and go to start->run. Type
Code:
expand x:\i386\netapi32.dl_ c:\windows\system32\netapi32.dll
Try both, and restart youc comp. If both fail, do
1. Hijackthis log
2. Spybot search n destroy
3. nod32.
