Default syswin - malware

Today, in application data, I saw a folder syswin, inside which there was an html document. It was what was inside the document that shocked me. It contained all the information of my websites visited for the last few days. I have deleted that folder and some suspected processes. Should I change the password of all my accounts; maybe it's a keylogger.

Check your computer with Adaware suite or SpyBot - Search and Distroy.

I know its a malware. And I can remove it, that's for sure. But how do I know whether its a keylogger or not?

If spybot detects it as Malware, it can definately tell you that whether it's a keylogger or something else.
