MY PENDRIVE SHOWS "ejedqp.exe" file. when i delet it this file appears again
how can i remove this virus? i need a solution.

Format the pen drive. Or scan with a good antivirus software if you want to retain the files stored in the drive.

If it reappears even after formatting, it means your computer is infected with that virus.

Exactly, you have to scan your PC with a good antivirus. You can also post a hijackthis log here, the virus(es) may be detected from there.

install kaspersky antivirus 2009...and scan both PC and flash drive with it..

install USB.Disk.Security. It will help in preventing virus that are spread through USB drives.

And also enable show all hidden files and check ur each drive for autorun file and delete it.

The virus probably got onto your pen drive from another infected comp. So try to remember where you used the pen drive before this problem occurred and be careful of that comp in the future. If it was a friend's computer which infected your pen drive then get your friend to scan and clean that comp too, otherwise it will again infect your pen drive and your computer.
