Default cannot run oracle 9i in browser


I have got oracle 9i server on win2k sever.It was running fine with 30 machines at a time could access the server through a browser.But suddenly it has stopped working.In the browser its giving that the browser cannot open the requested URL(even in the server).I have checked the apache server,its running ok.The port is 3339.What could be the reason?Someone plz help its very urgent.

You don't need Apache server running to run Oracle. Oracle has it's own server running.. (mostly 8080 IMO).

So, check whether Oracle server is running or not. Check in Windows Services too.

How to check it if its running or not?If not then what to do?
